Instructions

Lightly warm the Pitta Pockets in a pan or oven. Then, spread 1–2 teaspoons of hummus inside each pocket.

Fill each Pitta Pocket with 3 falafels, tomato slices, lettuce leaves, and optionally some onion.

Serve immediately.

Ingredients

– 4 Pitta Pockets

– 12 small falafels

– 2 tomatoes, sliced

4 lettuce leaves (or mixed greens)

1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

– 200g hummus

Quick tip

The beneficial properties of extra virgin olive oil are an integral part of all our pitas, and, because of this, they are sold lightly oiled. Oregano and salt complete the great taste. For a different flavor, you can add thyme or rosemary.
